Bedroom 1 (Master):

The master bedroom is of generous size with reverse cycle air con, built in robe, polished floors, fresh paint, light and bright interior and all new bedding including king sized bed. The ensuite features free-standing bath and large shower with double rain shower heads.

Bedroom 2:

Bedroom two contains 2 single beds and also has reverse cycle air con/heating.

Bedroom 3:

Bedroom three offers a single bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to the main central bathroom which also has a rain shower head.

Outdoors:

The rear deck and beach front grassed area (fenced) is where you will be sure to spend your days relaxing and soaking up the Gold Coasts perfect weather. The lower grassed area is ideal for those with kids providing enough space to spread out and relax, or chill out on your own with a good book and just take in the stunning views. Other outdoor benefits include secure carport accommodation and access via the front secure sliding gate. The property is well fenced including both sides and to the rear deck, and beach front area.

Cleaning and Linen hire $350.00. Extra guest fee $30.00 per person, per night including additional bedding. Max Guests 6 (including 1 infant). Infants 3 years and under stay free of charge if using existing bedding.
