Main Lounge:

Features air-con and 55” Flat screen TV with Foxtel. The main lounge also features extensive by-folds that open onto the front courtyard which is shaded by established tropical gardens. Just off the main lounge is the casual dining area, a great spot for a casual drink or game of cards. There is easy access to the large downstairs powder room from the main lounge and dining area.

Rumpus Room/Pool Room:

A separate Rumpus Room features air-con, full sized POOL TABLE, bar area and extensive by-fold doors that open up to invite the outdoors in. The ultimate spot to relax and enjoy a game of pool while taking in the stunning water and pool views at the same time. With this area open to the undercover patio you have easy access to the outside dining and BBQ area.


The open plan kitchen features stone bench-tops, double door stainless steel fridge, stainless steel appliances. From the kitchen you will enjoy views over the pool and to the waterfront. Directly in front of the kitchen is a large open plan dining space and extensive by folds that open up to the huge undercover rear entertaining space.

Bedroom 1 (Master):

The master is extremely spacious with large king sized bed, air-con/heating, sitting area with views to the waterfront, huge wide outdoor undercover balcony with outdoor setting (amazing water/city views), 50” TV, massive walk in robe and ensuite with SPA BATH. For your added comfort the master bedroom has block out drapes and ceiling fan. For those with small children there is a bedroom located off the master (separated by sliding door), where children can share 1 x king bed (or convert into 2 x singles on request), this bedroom also has fantastic water views.

Bedroom 2:

Located just off the master (separated via sliding door) features water views, city views, ceiling fan, access to the ensuite and large king bed that can be converted into 2 x singles on required. This layout is ideal for parents with smaller children who would like them to sleep close by.

Bedroom 3:

Features air-con, ceiling fan, BIR, queen bed, built in desk space and chair, plus access to private balcony. Bedroom 3 is next door to the central bathroom with twin basins and separate bath.

Bedroom 4:

This room also features air-con, ceiling fan, BIR, close access to the central bathroom and has 1 x double bed.

Bedroom 5:

Nautical themed room with 2 x single beds (or 1 x king on request), plus extra bed on request. This room also has air-con/heating, block out drapes, BIR.


‘Magic on Main’ is an entertainers dream with extensive by-folds that open up onto the amazing rear outdoor entertaining area. Cleaning and Linen hire $550.00. Extra guest fee over 10 $30.00 per person, per night including additional bedding in bed 5. Max guests 12 + 1 x infant. 1 x Infant 3 years and under stays free of charge if using existing bedding.  Bed splitting fee $10 per room.
