Lounge/Living Area:

With plenty of room to move the main lounge is open plan featuring a large 8-10 seater sofa and MASSIVE 55 inch flat screen TV with Foxtel/DVD player. Foxtel in the main lounge has access to the Movie pack.

Kitchen/Dining:

Just off the main lounge is the separate dining area with modern timber dining table, seating for 10 plus reverse cycle air-con/heating. Both the lounge and dining room feature views to the pool and waterfront entertainment area. The kitchen is easily accessible from both indoors and out with stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. A bonus for parents is being able to watch the kids in the pool from the kitchen while taking in the water views at the same time.

Bedroom 1 (Master):

The master bedroom is generously proportioned with lovely glass louvers making the most of the excellent breeze. Other features include walk in robe, 40″ flat screen TV/DVD player, reverse cycle air con/heating, ceiling fan and own modern ensuite.

Bedroom 2:

This bedroom features Queen bed/BIR/TV/DVD player, ceiling fan. This bedroom has easy access to the main central bathroom with separate bath.

Bedroom 3:

Bedroom 3 features 1 x Single bed and 1 x bunk (single on the top and bottom), BIR, screens, plus easy access to the central bathroom with separate bath. The separate bath in the main bathroom is deep great for those with children.

KIDS ZONE:

The ‘Kids Zone’ is separate from the main house yet only a few steps from the front door. The area in between is fully fenced from the street/driveway. Bedding items on request only. Other features include reverse cycle air con/heating, polished timber floors, 40” flat screen TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi access and PlayStation 4.

Outdoors:

On those days not spent exploring, there is so much to enjoy outdoors that will keep the whole family entertained or relaxed for hours on end. Kick back and relax around the sparkling in ground pool, take a dip in the heated spa, entertaining under the waterfront gazebo, detox in your very own sauna or just take it all in from the deck and enjoy the fantastic views. Verdichio Family Oasis is fully fenced and child friendly and even has its own pontoon and white sandy beach at the rear, great for fishing and crabbing. The front is surrounded by a large block wall for peace of mind and privacy. The rear is also fenced from the entertainment area/pool as well as fencing along with waterfront. The rear entertaining area has multiple places to sit, relax, read a book, sunbake or enjoy a family BBQ and once you’ve done that take a 900m stroll to Pacific Fair for an afternoon of shopping!

Cleaning and Linen hire $400.00. Extra guest fee over 7 $30.00 per person, per night including additional bedding. Max guests 11. 1 x infant 3 years and under stays free of charge if using existing bedding or cot hire $55.00 per week.

The check in time for this property is from 3.00pm.
