Main/Formal Lounge 1:

Including the 2 Bedroom apartment there are 3 lounge areas. The main lounge is located off the kitchen /outdoor gazebo and features timber floors, high ceilings, air-con/heating, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with FOXTEL (Movie & Sports Pack). From the main lounge you have direct access to the rear deck/gazebo area and stunning water views.

Lounge 2:

The formal lounge located of the dining area looks directly towards the waterfront facing North and has sensational water, city and pool views. The formal lounge features timber floors, fireplace, ceiling fan, air-con/heating and double doors opening onto the rear entertainment and pool area.


The large open plan kitchen features bar style seating, views directly to the waterfront, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and 6 burner gas cook-top. On those warm balmy evenings you can open the double sliding doors that provide direct access from the kitchen onto the pool/entertainment area. The dining area is located close by the kitchen with timber floors, dining setting and water views. The outdoor gazebo also has an outdoor dining table over the waterfront.

Bedroom 1 (Master):

The spacious master bedroom features king bed, reverse cycle air-con, ceiling fan, BIR, and sliding door. Enjoy your own ensuite with double basins, floor to ceiling tiles and LARGE JET SPA BATH. FREE wi-fi. A extra bed for children can be provided on request.

Bedroom 4/Study:

This room also features study desk. A extra bed for children can be provided on request.

Maximum the main house can sleep is 10. Extra guests can be accommodated in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Just off the kitchen is an open planning dining area with dining table and chairs, you also have the option of cooking and entertaining in the main house or enjoying a BBQ of the waterfront gazebo.

Enjoy private secure grounds ideal for children and entertaining. Pool side there is plenty of sunny spots to relax, plus shaded spots on the rear grassed area for the kids to play. The main outdoor entertaining space is located off the main lounge which extensive by-fold doors and is undercover making it usable all year round. Features include BBQ and direct access to the waterfront park next door. The house is fully fenced from the street via side gate and to the pool area and waterfront making it child friendly.


This property is perfectly located close to everything you need when on holiday. Robina Town Centre is a short distance away for all your shopping, entertainment and dinning needs. The Super Q Centre at Mermaid Waters is also less than a 5 minute drive away. For a day at the beach, take your pick between Miami, Mermaid, Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise which are all within a short distance. For large groups/extended family we have another house 700m away.

Pool towels are available to hire from our office.

The check in time for this property is from 3.00pm.
